In December Microsoft’s Phil Spencer replied to a number of Tweets regarding the state of Xbox One’s Phantom Dust, stating once again that the game had not been scrapped. Spencer also briefly touched on Phantom Dust’s development during IGN’s Podcast Unlocked Ep 213 (62 min mark), back in September of 2015. Today, a number of gaming news sites have reported on the new trademark that was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on January 13 for Phantom Dust. Could Phantom Dust be getting back on track?
