And Now for the Bad News: Phantom Dust Delayed

Phantom Dust CoverSome eagle eyes on our forum discovered that online retailer EBGames.com has changed its ship date of Phantom Dust from March 8th to March 15th. After a little fact finding and arm twisting, an employee at publisher Majesco has confirmed the delay. 1UP.com has the scoop.

Phantom Dust will ship to retailers March 15th.

Phantom Dust creator Yukio Futatsugi Yukio Futatsugi has agreed to use 1UP.com as a platform for his web log for the next month. The weekly blog will feature Futatsugi’s personal thoughts on his game Phantom Dust, gameplay advice once the game ships, and his opinions on the current video game industry. New Phantom Dust News in April Famitsu Xbox

The April issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu Xbox has hit newsstands and includes a number of interesting tidbits about Phantom Dust. In a interview director Yukio Futatsugi mentions the U.S. version of the game will essentially be the same as the Japanese version except that the “boss effects” have been altered.
